How can I control the meeting ?
As the moderator, you decide whether participants will simply view your presentation, or whether to allow some or all of them to control the applications you are presenting.
You may also limit such things as a participant's ability to send private messages between one another.
How do I become a moderator?
Send a request via our service request form. We will process your request and send you a username and password.
How do I schedule a meeting?
It's easy. We've made easy-to-follow screen captures of the process: Click here to see the steps for scheduling a meeting.
What are the computer requirements?
Participants will need an internet connection. Dial-up will work, but you may need to slow down your presentation to wait for those with slow connections to catch up.
Participants will need speakers in order to hear the audio commentary. They will need a microphone if they wish to use the "Talk" feature, but can easily type their comments if they don't have one.
First-time participants should join the meeting 20 or 30 minutes early, as they will be required to download some necessary plugins. Click here to see the process.
Read or download the Participants Reference Guide in PDF or in FlashPaper format
